Piano

My story with music began when I was four, with a tiny electric keyboard that can mimic sounds of hundreds of instruments. By eight, I had already fallen in love with the piano, the instrument that shaped how I feel, imagine, and express.

Through rhythm and phrasing, technique and soul, I’ve learned that every note carries centuries of emotions. Classical music, especially the romanticism of Chopin’s Nocturne Op. 20 in C-sharp minor or Schumann’s Widmung (rearranged by Liszt), speaks to the deepest corners of my mind. It has been my refuge in sorrow and my anthem in joy.

Dancesport

To me, Dancesport is both athletic and theatrical, the spark where sport meets art. Performing in our “Snow White and the Seven Swerfs” dance-play, I discovered how body movement can tell a story words cannot.

This art taught me to embrace the rhythm beyond sound, to channel emotion, confidence, and connection through every spin and step.

Yoga Flow

Lately, I’ve found a new rhythm through Yoga Flow, a practice that blends music, strength, and mindfulness. In each movement, I feel the gentle dialogue between discipline and surrender. It’s how I learn to listen, not just to my heartbeat, but to the quiet mind lying  deep beneath breaths.
